I got the Mirena IUD 9 months ago, up until now iv'e had my period all along normal/same time every month. Until this month it came a week early and lasted 2 days and it was brown discharge and nothing since. Now my breasts are achey and all I keep thinking is I'm pregnant but I can't be cause I have the Mirena IUD. Can I?? :confused:

In theory sure, you can but the chances are prohibitively small. My wife had her period on and off for over a year when she had hers put in.

As stevetcg has said,there is a small chance of becoming pregnant with a mirena iud,as with every contraceptive... my advice is to check back with your doctor..
