Well, I went out with a girl lastnight. It was our first date. We went out and got drinks. Had good conversation, etc. We went back to my place and I cooked her dinner, and then we relaxed and watched a movie. We kissed a little bit, but we both decided to take things slow.
She said she really liked our connection. At the end of the night, I took her home and she asked when she could see me again. I said how about Monday night. She said perfect... and that she had off Monday and just to text her tomorrow.
I text her around 1pm today. Just saying hi and that I had a really nice time with her.
I haven't heard anything back yet. Should I be worried? Or am I just over thinking the situation? Should I try again later tonight?

Stop worrying! She may have her cell off (or it may be dead), she may have been busy today, or maybe the text didn't go through. Just give her some extra time to respond. If she hasn't answered later on you could give her a call or text again to confirm the time for your date. Relax - she obviously liked you or she wouldn't have agreed to a 2nd date. :)

Going through the same thing... I just keep telling myself that good things come to those who wait... And I just keep focus on bettering myself during that time!

Wait till she contacts you and stay busy... dont let only "her" be your excitement... Thats what I'm doing... In a way always have a back up plan. Don't revolve everything around them... ever... they can sense this and run away. Stay cool. Let her wonder. It never fails. Once I waited 5 hours for a text... sometimes they are busy... I don't text back right away either... sometimes I'm working out or last time I was painting. I didn't drop everything to rush and text even though I wanted to. Its all a part of putting yourself first. Keep it up (putting yourself first) and she won't be the only lad behind you. Then you can choose the best one. Then that will be a hard time but fun... lol Take care. I already have 2 condidates... but I know I wouldn't pick one for about 2 reasons, so I really only have 1 for now... lol

Usually if I don't reply to someone's text right away it's because I'm busy and just don't feel like it right then. If they keep texting me, especially if it's the same thing, I get annoyed and won't text back at all. Even when I do have time. Wait for her to text back before txting her again

Well she def. dissed me today. She said on Saturday she wanted to get together for lunch and then hang out afterwards. Some friends asked me to go paintballing at 3. I called her and she didn't pick up. I left a message saying if we were still on for lunch. No reply... so I think I'm just going to let this one go. I think that's inconsiderate and rude to make plans and not even call or text. Plus there is a girl going paintballing that I might be interested in. Is that the best thing to do?

Just leave it,as you say she's rude,don't bother about her-enjoy the paintballing!

Sounds like she's not as interested in you as you thought. If she actually cared, she wouldn't blow you off without at least having the courtesy of a rain-check.

When I dropped her off, she asked when she could see me again. Anyway, I'll just let this go. I tried and gave an effort. If she calls or texts me down the road should I respond?

If she contacts you, then worry about it then. You don't need to have a plan of what you're going to say. Just hear her out IF she actually does contact you and go from there. Why waste time on someone who isn't spending any more time on you?

Yeah man if she calls I think you should pick up. I mean why not, you don't know why she hasn't responded or why she hasn't called you back yet. Don't be so emotional. Go paintballin with your friends and have a good time. You text and called so you did your part, next move is on her!
