I signed a 2 year lease agreement in Sept.08, It is Nov.09, I recently found out that the home I am renting is about to, or has gone into foreclosure with my landlords bank. What are my rights as a tenant, how long do we have to find something? Can someone please help... I have 3 children and is is right at Christmas time. Thank you, B. in Texas

Once the home foreclosues you will have 60 days. You do of course have to continue to make your rental payments or they will evict you for non payment
