The woman I intend to propose to just told me she wanted to be alone for the next few days. Good huh? Well for the last few months she has been pushing the marriage issue, after dating for about 9 months. I wanted to propose but I also wanted to do it right and I told her I intend to but in the next few months (ring, and plan). Tonight we had a charity event to go to, which she was late for. I understood, after initially being upset and aggravated... but we went to the event and had a good time. On the way back we argued a little bit although it was more like a discussion... no yelling... and she decided to go home which she had to do anyway. I wanted her to stay but could tell she was tired and just let it go. I got a text about 15 min later about our plans for the next day, telling me she wanted to be alone. Then that she would call me Monday... Monday? All of the sudden ill talk to you Monday, after speaking 2-3 times a day she's going to talk to me Monday? Not to mention we have plans with my parents that I now have to break.

I would leave it till Monday as that's what she's told you and for whatever reasons she said that trying to talk to her before that might backfire.
As for her reasons for this I couldn't tell you,it would simply be a guess.

You have no choice but to wait for Monday. Dang dude she is PO"d at you, and wants some space. GIVE IT TO HER!!

You can apply stuff in the stickies to take care of yourself just in case.

She probably needs a little time to herself... that is okay. Maybe use this time to do something's you have been putting off. You can make other plans next week to get together with your parents... that is very minor.

I know when I needed a couple of days off from my boyfriend when I was younger... I just needed time for me (she didn't say it's over - she said "we will talk Monday"). Patience. It was also a lot of PMS for me... I just wanted to self indulge, spend time with the girls or stay in and watch a movie by myself (peace and quite - solitude). This is no big deal and you really have no choice but to wait.
