    H1B Employer not pay
    Dear Attorney,

Thank you in advance for your information on this issue :
What to do in order to keep my status, in case that my Employer withdraws my H1B from USCIS, because the same didn’t paid me the last two months for my participation in completion of urgent project the amount of 9,000 dollars. I requested my money many times, but without a success. They transfer the fault to their layers.
On top of that, for this H1 Application I paid them 3000 dollars.
Therefore I would like to ask you for your advice:
How to react in this case in order to keep my status and receive my money from them ? I have approved Time Sheets ?

    Thanks:

Employer is supposed to pay for attorney fee for your visa, not you... plus not paying salary is against the law. If you report this matter to the authority (department of labor and immigration), they will be in hot water.

If I were you, I will have my attorney contact them to collect this $$.
