Hi, I am 28years old and am having sex regularly. The past month, I have noticied a pimple/extra skin/wartlike spot on the top of my penis head.

Is this a sign of an STD? Or is this normal?

I wouldn't say it is normal. How large is this pimple?

It very well could be an STD. Syphilis for example, often presents as a round sore on the part that has been exposed, the head of the penis for instance.
