I have moved in with my boyfriend and I'm trying to sell my house, but my grown adult sons will not move out! I have given them a notice to quit but have taken no notice of it. They do not pay rent nor had any agreement saying they could stay, they only pay for the electric on a meter. What can I do to make them leave?

If you have given them notice, the next step is legal eviction. A trip to your local courthouse should provide you with the necessary information how to proceed.

They may take no notice of you but when a deputy shows up at the door and escorts them out, then WILL take notice.
