Parent of us citizen under 21 years old
We are Egyptian family and my son (one year old) was born last year in Florida, USA and he has American Nationality.

I appreciate your reply regarding the ways that I can go through in order to live in America with my family legally.

Can I apply now for family Green Card in my case? If otherwise please advise the way.

    My Family consists of:

    Father – 34 years old
    Mother- 33 years old
    Daughter – 4 years old
Son – 1 year old (American)

Your US citizen son can apply immigrant visas for parents when he is 21 y/o, plus he must meet the requirements i.e.. Have a job with income 125% of poverty guidelines, have tax return at least 3 years, etc.

If you want to relocate to US now, you need to seek other avenue such as employment visa, investor visa, etc.
