Need to isolate bed from neighbor ceiling fan vibrations
I'm wondering if there is a way to isolate my bed from the vibrations of the ceiling fan from the neighbor below. Neighbor also will not do anything about it, so it has to be on my end. This vibration shakes me awake from a deep sleep whenever it happens, which is anywhere between once or twice a night to every few minutes. I tried neoprene/cork padding, but it basically did nothing to help. I think it must be low frequency vibrations.

Have you tried talking to the landlord or apt manager

Yes, I've talked to the landlord many times. That isn't effective with this problem. I like many things about this place, however, and if I can find a way to isolate my bed, it will help a lot. I'm wondering if there are vibration mounts that might work if I put them under the legs of my bed, but I'm having trouble finding anybody on the internet that has tried that or who might know about low frequency vibration isolation.

Yeah, fixing the ceiling fan is the only real solution.
