Then there is the case of my little brother and sister 4 year old Austin who's autistic and 7 month old Bobbi I want to adopt them away from there mother and father I find that it is very difficult for them to raise them going thruogh everything that they are going thruogh!

You start by consulting a Family Law attorney. Drawing up an adoption petition is something you really want to make sure is done right.

Where is the child's mother? If she is alive she will need to sign off on the adoption.

Again to allow an adoption the bio parents will need to sign off. I wouldn't think, instead of trying to take your siblings away from your parents, you do more to help them cope.

First if this is in the US, most US states will want you to be married first, and then some married for at least a year. All require some long term relationship.

Then the mother ( if alive) will have to be located if at all possible and she will sign over her rights to allow the adoption.

For the other two, are they living with you now, have to asked their parents to sign over guardianship to you for a start
