My husband has just discovered his mother had an affair and his father is canadian .her married husbands name is on his birth certificate as he was un aware of the affair .but it is obvious both parents are black and my husband is basically white so u know there's something up .it was always put off to her great great gramma being indian .any way his birth father is now deceased but he wants to go to canada how can it be proven that he has canadian rights

I'm confused. Does he want to move to Canada permently?
