I have a oil painting that a friend gave me that came from South America when he was in World War III. It is a painting of large sunflowers in a vase. The signature in lower right hand corner and appears to start with a W and last name appears to be Norct possibly. A friend looked at it said it is identical to Van Gough except for the colors. It is approximate size of28 x 34 in wood frame.
