I have an audiobook on my PC, stored in my documents (6 parts of the book are in separate icons), How do I load those onto my itouch? Also, how do I delete it on my itouch once I've finished listening to the book?

You will need to upload it into Itunes.

From there you can delete it from iTunes once you're done!
