I live in Arizona and I have a room mate. He is NOT on the lease, and I have given him a 5 month notice to move out of the home. I am afraid that he will not comply. If he does not comply how do I properly remove him from my home?

You go to court to obtain a court order for eviction. If you're efficient, you can get him out in about 3 weeks... But, since you gave him 5 months notice, you can't begin to evict him until he violates your notice.

You could have given him a 30 day notice, but you can't go back and change it now.
