Greetings and WELCOME to the site, mrlouissmith!

I moved your question out of Introductions to this forum topic area so that it will be more likely to be noticed and addressed by those who are best able to answer it. Your question will get noticed much more here.

Introductions is for people to introduce themselves only, and we try to not ask questions there. We would appreciate it if you would return to Introductions sometime to tell us a little bit about yourself, if you would be willing to do that.

I did need to remove your email address from your post. I would hate to see you get spammed because your email address was exposed here. Plus, once a thread has been started, all information needs to stay on the thread so that others with similar questions might benefit by the information that's exchanged.

    Thanks!

    Hello mr:

There are times when you don't need a lawyer, and there are times when you do.

If your house is about to be, or HAS been sold, you don't have time to learn some law. You need somebody to STOP them tomorrow.
