Court Date for Violation is after the end of Probation?
I've been on probation for a year and a half for possession of marijuana. I get off probation on the 24th of November 2009, but I have a court date for violating probation on the 10th of December 2009.
I'm just wondering what they can do to me, being that I will no longer be on probation when I have my hearing?

    Thank you
    I need the help!

You need to attend this hearing regardless. Only the Judge can end or terminate your probation. Just because it's "supposed" to end 11/24 - don't bet on it.

    Hello s:

If they end it, then they can't do anything to you. But, I'll bet they're not going to end it.
