I have gone through a nasty divorce. I am the "primary guardian", as my ex and I have joint custody. Here in lies the problem. He doesn't/hasn't seen the kid's on the court ordered visitation schedule, nor has he paid child support. In fact he has moved to 3 different states in the last 6 months and hasn't had a "job" since 2008. How long do I have to wait to file for child abandonment in NV. And is it something I could feesibly do myself. Thanks for your help.
