    Getting my inheritance
My mom died and I had to move in with my sister she works as a bus driver she has 2 girl and me and my brother now and I got to wake up every day not always food in the house don't really get anything you want had to make her kitchen into a kitchen/living room and me and my brother share the old living room and the house always gets messy etc. She's making herself struggle for no reason I got a 600$ check each month and get 00.00$ out of it and my mom told me if she did die and she knew it was going to happen soon she was really sick that I can have the whole thing but now that she is not alive of course everything is different and one of my best frineds told me that his mom would let me live with him and me and my frined shared a room and I would have the whole check I pay his mom 50$ a month to stay and 550$ for me that whole month to support myself and my sister won't let me move out what can I do.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

We need more info to help you. How old are you? Are you male or female? Where is this $600/month coming from? What state do you live in? Was your sister given custody or guardianship? In other words is she legally responsible for you?

With more info we may be able to help.

As Scott pointed out we need more information to be able to help you. I'm going to guess that you are a minor so your sister was made guardian for you and once you reach the age of majority then you will be able to get your money and move where you want. Until then why in the world would you figure that you should get the entire check? What did the will specify as to how much you and your brother would get?

We first need to know where the money is coming from. If its from SSI as a benefit then the money isn't yours to begin with. If its from a trust then its iffy as to it being yours or that it is to be used for your upkeep.
