My friend and I have been wondering if there is a difference between using a cheap two-dollar pregnancy test and the more expensive ones, like First Response.
In theory there is no difference, but I would buy the more expensive of the two.
There really is no reason to try to save money on this. Heck, if you can't afford the pregnancy test then you definitely shouldn't be having sex, because you can't afford a child.
I've used Dollar Store tests and gotten accurate results. If one of those showed a + result, I'd get the more expensive test to help confirm.
That being said, I took that route because we'd been trying for 18 months and I peed on a lot of sticks! :p
And although this IS a good point, which Altenweg has said, I am STILL asking for the difference. And the stupid part of it IS that when we are asking for simple advice, no one cares enough to put their opinions aside and simply offer GOOD ADVICE OR FACTS!
