Hello. I am buying a silver ring with a TR hallmark on it. It has turquoise, coral and bear claw on it. The artist is said to be Tom Rafael, or possible Rafel. The only information I can find on him is that he is deceased and was married to Mary Rafael who was also a silversmith. Does anyone have information on Tom Rafael and confirmation on his hallmark?

I might like to collect more of his work.
