I was raped a month before I knew I was pregnant and never told anyone. I didn't think that I was pregnant yet so when I had my baby my boyfriend signed the birth certificate. Now we are broken up and he had a dna test done and found out that our baby wasn't his now he want his name off her birth certificate our baby only know him as daddy what can I do?

If the court allows him to be removed from the birth certificate... not much, unless you can identify the man who raped you.

The court may not allow him to have his name removed though. It depends on a number of factors including the age of the child and the state that you live in.
