    Old Agere Stock
I am wanting to find out how to cash in Agere stock that was bought out by LSI Corp. in 2007. I had a different address at the time and didn't work for the company any longer but still had some stock. I'm sure they tried to notify me that they were being sold to LSI. Is it still possible to even get that which was mine or is there a time limit on that kind of thing? If I can get it, how do I find it? I'm lost.

Hello donsgirl. The answer is pretty similar to the one I gave you regarding your Avaya stock. You should receive 2.16 shares of LSI for each of your old Agere shares. You can contact the stock registrar forLSI - according to their website that would be:

    Computershare
    Stockholder Services
    PO Box 43023
    Providence, RI 02940-3023
    1-866-243-7347

You should read the FAQ at: Investor FAQ : Investor Relations : About LSI : LSI
