Right now I am waiting on my mortgage modification from the government. I am also having marriage problems. I just found out my husband is cheating, I want a divorce or separate. Please help. I need to know if it's a good idea of doing this while I'm trying to get help from the government.

If the mortgage is in both names is he still willing to sign all the paper work for the modification.

The mortgage is both on our names. I have not mentioned the divorce to him because I am not sure the steps to take. The house is all I got. That is my savings for my family. Please advice...
