Hi All,

I will give brief summary based on what I can remember.

There is this alien planet colonized by "Humans" ruled by a King. Enemy attacks them and takes over the planet (probably destory's it). Only the princess with one space ship escapes and comes to Earth (or crashes into earth). In their armoury they have 4-5 robots which nobody can use. Soon they start finding gifted people who would climb into the robot suits and use them to fight the enemy. The main character has a small knife like thing by which he could conjour up a super robot. Meanwhile the "villians" also have robots in their armoury which they use to attack. To counter the super robot, they also build one.

Meanwhile the Princesses army General out of jealous due to power achieved by main character, betrays them and joins the enemy and starts using the enemies super robot.

Does anyone know the name of series. Probably it was shown in the Toonami section.

I think I found the answer "Ninja Senshi Tobikage" or "Ninja Robots"
