    Intermediate algebra
    (t + 2s)squared - 36

    (t + 2s)squared - 36
    (t + 2s)squared = 36
    (t + 2s) = 6

    With one equation as above,
    you can obtain various answers to the equation.

    t = 4 and s = 1 is one answer
    t = 3 ans s = 1.5 is another answer.

    The question is to solve the equation.
    Please find the values of t and s.

    Well, I don't see that... nor do I see any equal sign... :confused:

    I think there probably is an equal sign (since square rooting it first would make perfect sense), but no, it doesn't have one, and no it doesn't include any instructions. The instructions can't be just "solve".

    It's time to ask to OP to show us the work he/she has done on the equation.

    We can't do your homework for you but we can lead you in the right direction if you show us what you have so far.
