My dog is a 1 year old female Chiuahua and for the past week she has looked thin. For the past two days she won't eat anything, and she is always shaking and doesn't want to do anything but lay around and sleep. Also there are times where she makes sounds like she is choking or about to throw up. Do you know what could be wrong with my dog?

She needs to see a Vet. She's been suffering for at least two days.

No one here can diagnose her - she needs to be seen and Vet care is a very important responsibility that comes with pet ownership.

If she hasn't eaten for 2 days and sound like she is choking she might have something caught in her throat... time for an immediate vet visit.
