Last year we all traveld from isreal to the US and receved citisonship for 4 children. Later on we filed for A SSN. A person in isreal how had helped us all along the way, filed our tax reportes for the three years proseeding our trip to the US. So that we cold receve tax refundse on behalf of our children. When she sent in the reports I did not have the SSN of our children and she sent the reports with out that detail on intentchin that when we receve the SSN we will fill in the missing data. B"H we receved refunds at the amount that made the howl trip financhaly warth wail. The problom is that for the year '04 IRS sent us a letter that we can't receve reffunds for we sent in the tax report to late. There for we have a det to IRS which influinced our refund for the year '06. The sum totel that we lost being about 5500$.
The last date to send in a tax report for the year '04 was the 15'th of June '08.
UPS tracking reports that the letter was receved on the 13'th of June '08. (an attachmment provided).
