Now, how are you collecting it at home? You will do it the same way at work that you are doing it at home.

Well, as I am sure your healthcare provided told you, you need to keep it in the refrigerator as you collect it. That is quite important. So this can be a bit difficult at work. You probably don't want to put it in the refrigerator at work where everyone puts their food.

Can you wait and do it on a weekend when you will be home the entire 24 hours? That would be best. But if you just must do it at work, have a large container with a very tight lid and keep it in a paper bag I guess. Or maybe take a sick day to do it at home.
