What do you do to not be angry? Were you often angry before you were pregnant?
When I feel myself getting stressed, and know I'm becoming easily irritated I turn on music and take deep breaths. And on really bad days tell myself that my day is going to get better over and over again until I start to at least sort of feel like it might. It sounds kind of silly. But it helps me.

It's so bad that I find myself taking it out on loved ones, especially my husband!

Have you been pregnant before? Have you ever suffered depression? How far along are you?

Hormones in pregnancy can cause this to happen. You have to learn to feel the anger rising and realize that it's just pregnancy hormones and adjust your temper.

J-9 is right as usual! I just had a baby and I went through bouts of just being angry at the world, husband, everything, I even thought about divorce! Lol, but I sat down and thought about it and realized I was angry at nothing and I needed to stop, it was hard, but every time I would get that way I would have to stop and ask myself is this worth getting this angry over? And what in the world am I angry at in the frist place! Good luck and hope I helped a bit
