I have a 13.5 HP Electric start, hydrostatic drive mower that has lost a lot of power? New spark plug, fuel filter, battery and oil. Any suggestions?

You have said nothing about air filter; a part more disposable than anything but the plug.
You also gave no model numbers, so more info is limited from my side.
