Disposal replacement - no ground wire in conduit?
I am replacing my disposal, and when I disconnected the wiring, I see there is one white and one reddish wire - no ground. Is this even safe? I am not sure I should continue, but it's really inconvenient not too... as you can imagine!

My latest dilemma... or I am just retarded... power cord. I don't need it but I have to either a) get rid of it to have a "hole" for the wire connect, or apparently leave the access panel off - not an option. What am I missing? The directions do not give me options. It just says use the power cord or don't use the power cord by hooking up the wires, yeah, figured that part out already ;) Any help?

    Thanks, by the way :)
