I saw this movie when I was younger. I think it was the early nineties. The main character had abilities to heal people.
All I remember is two scenes. Somewhere at the beginning of the movie the main character is an adult. There's something wrong with someone's TV where he's staying. He goes on the roof and touches the antenna. This somehow fixes the problem.
The other scene was with the main character as a young child. He's in a pond or small lake. I remember him touching the water and it started to bubble or something.
The movie might have been one of those Hallmark Hall of Fame movies or something similar. I'm not sure.
