I am 28 year old make & my foreskin is very tight.
Initially can't even see the glands both flacid & when errect.
After streching exercies for a month ,during bath with soap gland is visible. But still has pain when streched with out lub.

Will this pain contiue while intercourse?
Does this require a circumsion?

If I were you I would consider circumcision because no amount of stretching excercises are going to correct the problem. And yes, it will cause pain in intercourse.
