A while ago I went a little overboard with drinking
I was pretty much anorexic and the most I'd eat a day would be like a piece of fruit or soemthing
And drink coffee or w/e (I'm not anymore I was extremely unhealthy)
I always suffered from lack of sleep so one night I drank 3-4 cups of coffee on an empty stomach and then like 3 hours later met up with someone and drank A LOT of vodka...
I went home feeling extremely sick and started convulsing, I was curled up in a ball and convulsing to the point where I couldn't even move I was shaking so bad...
I got no sleep at all, I figured I should have thrown up but I hadn't eaten anything
I was talking with a friend today and they ssaid it sounded like I had really bad alcohol poisoning and that they were surprised I wasn't in a coma or dead after that
Do you think it was that serious? I thought it was a mixture of the empty stomach and coffee and vodka, but I did drink a lot. Your thoughts?

From the symptoms which you have described it does sound as if you possibly may have had alcohol poisoning.

Typical Alcohol Poisoning Symptoms:

1. Absent reflexes
2. Slurred speech
3. No withdrawal from painful stimuli (for instance from pinching)
4. Confusion
5. Difficulty awakening the person
6. Erratic behavior
7. Seizures
8. Feeling very ill including long, drawn-out vomiting
9. Slow, shallow, or irregular breathing
10. Blue-tinged skin or pale skin
11. Inability to make eye contact or sustain a conversation
12. Unconsciousness (passing out)
