    Spouse Indefinate leave to remain
I am british citizen and married to a guy from Pakistan two years ago. He remained good as long has he did not have indefinate leave to remain in the UK. As soon as he got it, he changed and said that he only tricked me into marriage just to gain residence status in the UK, and that he is not going to live with me anymore. My question is that is it that easy for someone to trick a girl to get indefinate leave to remain in the UK and after getting that throw her out like rubbish? Can I do something to get his indefinite leave to remain revoked and deport him? What other legal steps I can take?

Unfortunately, this is an all too common issue that is surfacing more and more. The only recourse you have is to notify the Home Office but revocation of ILR is extremely difficult.
Am very sorry to hear this but can assure you that you are not alone in this happening.
Please contact me if I can help further.
