Hello I recently had my implant removed on the 4th Nov but me and my fiancé have been trying for a baby I have been getting this thick white discharge but the pregnancy test says negative all the time if I am not pregnant then what else could it be

It could be that your ovulating or that it is some sort of an infection. Go to the doctor for a Pap smear and find out when you generally ovulate. When you find out when you ovulate this is the best time to try for a baby. Everyone has a bit of discharge but how much are you talking about? Does it smell?

Chances are you are not pregnant. It can take several months for the hormones from the implant to be reduced enough in your body for conception to take place.

Our discharge changes during the month.

Be aware, you also may not get your period for a couple of months. This too is normal with the implant and the removal.

Its a little bit of discharge but its stopped now but now I am getting stomach pains near my belly button on the right hand side its not painful its just mild but sometimes it happens on the left but I ave also been getting lower back pains but the tests say negative could I be pregnant and done the test too early? X

Again, go to the doctor. Only a doctor can diagnose you properly. We can guess all we want but there are many reasons, it could be a flu, PMS, stress, pelvic infection or an STI. With the amount of discharge you are explaining it could be possible for an STI (as some take up to a year to develop... example HPV).

Please go to gynecologist (not just a doctor) you need to find a resolution to your issues... especially if your trying for a baby.

Like J9 said, a woman's discharge changes through out the month. Because you've been on birth control, you most likely have not experienced this discharge enough to recognize it. As long as it does not smell strongly, cause discomfort, or become yellow you're most like experiencing normal "creamy" discharge. (This is not considered fertile by the way)

Search cervical fluid or check out the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility to help understand the cycle of cervical fluid that we're referring to. It will help a great deal.

And yes, it can take several months for the hormones to get back to "normal"

Thanks and I will keep you all posted but now I think I have found the problem because I have recently had me inplant removed I am now on my period so it must have been PMT for me :(
