I just find out that I am pregrant but right now I am felling the same kida off pain that I feel when I see my period is that OK

Bleeding in pregnancy although common should always be checked into by your doctor.

If your cramping I suggest you ring your doctor or the hospital.

Not sure but I went to the hospital on Tuesday they say my cervis is still closed and the ulthasound they can't see anything so I might be early in the pregnancy but I have a next one this week coming up

I'm sorry, but you don't know how far along you are? You don't know if you are 3 months or 6 months?

My last period was oct 2

I also I this bleeding with my first child but at the time I was 5 months

Your cervix SHOULD be closed until you are close to delivery. Your period was Oct 2, so it is very possible that they won't see anything on the ultrasound. It is also possible that you may be miscarrying. Since you were at the hospital you really need to follow up with your doctor.
