my husband adopt my three boys and now of the boys he spoke to he's dad to have him adopted and take full responsibility, now we getting divorce and he refusing to take responsibility and refusing to pay child support, I used all my saving to pay he's previous wife $10000.00 he owes her on divorce agreement, and now he wants money from the house and put me on the street if I don't give him half of the house value.

Get a divorce lawyer immediately.

If he is the legal father from adoption then its up to the courts to tell him to pay support. You MUST go through the courts to get it. As far as the house is concerned he can wait until it is sold before getting a dime and he's still responsible for 1/2 of the upkeep until it sells.

Assuming this is the US, and assuming he adopted the children though the court, who cares what he wants, I would love to have a red sports car but I don't.

You hire an attorney, and start telling him what you want.
