    I recently turn my heat on and I notice that there was no heat in the basement but I have heat in the upstair

    Do you have 2 unit? Is this a gas furnace, hot water? Or heat pump? Is it a zone system?

    Do you have 2 stats? Is your basement finished? If so how many registars?
