I'm a 18 year old male with a slight history with ciggarettes. I'm not an avid smoker though and only do when I go out sometimes, I also don't drink large amounts of alcohol unless I'm going out, once a week.
For the past 5 days I've had ulcers on my left tonsil, painful but there going away. It was when I was checking on them again today I noticed these little Dark Red spots on the inside of my left cheek. First thing that naturally stuck me is fear. I'm going to be honest I'm petrified about it you know. I just hope to god it isn't cancer.
There not painful and there only slightly raised, there's also no signs of bleeding or open sores. There real close to each other and real small.
I would appreaciate any help and advice right now, I'm pretty shook up and can't sleep. I spent like 5 minutes pacing the living room with all kind of thoughts going through my mind.
I found a lump on my throat 2 months ago got tested for that and I was fine, could it be related though ?

You cannot be properly diagnosed over the internet. Bite the bullet and see a doctor. You might have strep throat or worse.

It definitely isn't strepthroat, its not really related to my throat its just because I was checking the ulcers on my tonsil I saw the spots. Scary stuff but I've calmed down now and am contemplating sleep, Scrubs on cable would help :D
I just want to see if anyone can share insight to what it could be.

Have you tried gargling with warm salt water in the meantime?

Thanks for the advice.

Ive woke up this morning checked in the mirror and their still there.
They haven't grown, bled or nothing just there.
There more towards the back of the cheek but there more or less centre right in the middle.

I have the same thing its weird... I hope you get an answer.
