Assalam alaikum I had court marriage with alredy married man without boths parents and his first wife permission still they did't know he is living with his family and I live with my family so this nikah is jaiz or no and if our family member will not accept our marriage and they want to do my marriage again then its possible I don't want to leave my husband please give suggest me what can I do.thank you

Well it is legal because if you are 16 or above and in islam it is not necessary that you parents allow it but yeah it is not good that you are hiding it because some religion person can say that this sort of marriages is haram but its not all just few. But these are more complication in your problem that your husband even didn't tell her wife although he can because it is allowed in Islam to live with 4 wives. But hey its not allowed to go for another nikah for woman for some reasons (hope you knows them). Better to take the stand now beause still no any proposal so you parents can handle the things and can accept your marriage after some serious fights. One thing I really want to know that you living in sub continent or in europe ?
