    Hey everyone

I just pulled my printer out from storage. Its been in the garage. Not sure if that may be the cause of my problem or not.

The computer software has NOT told me anything. It says everything is fine. Ink is fine. Everything is great.

The little green light is on. Not flashing. Nothing wrong.

It prints just fine. No problems when I see it printing and it does what its suppost to do...

    So... my problem?

Even after all that, with the printer doing its job, doing everything right, going back and fourth over the page as if its printing,
The page still comes out blank. Grrr

Any insight to this? I THINK that maybe the time in storage may have dried out the ink but I wasn't sure if that even happens. And even if it did, wouldn't the program tell me that its out of ink lol.

    Thanks in advance.

Inkjet printers generally are unreliable when in storage, meaning that if you don't use it for a while, the ink dries up. You should purchase new cartridges and try them. The reason why the software doesn't tell you that you need more is because the ink levels are there, so it's not indicating that the cartridge is empty. It's just dried up. In the future, I would suggest a laser printer. Even though it costs more short-term, long-term it'll end up saving you money. You will replace the toner less often.

Oh yeah I know. But this one was a birthday gift so it didn't cost me anything and I'm going to get all the use out of it as I can. Lol. Plus I'm kind of jobless and in school right now :P hehe. But thanks hon ill definitely get some new cartridges.
