Filing a lien or garnishing wages
In May I sued my ex-boyfriend and due to his FTA I received automactic judgement, and up until now he has been paying me regularly and on time. Now all of sudden he's not paying me and I want to know what my other options are. I know that I can file a lien against him, I just don't know how, and what good it will do me. Also I was wondering if by law I can garnish his wages, and what that whole process is?

What state are you in? If your ex has not paid the judgment in full, then you are allowed to garnish his wages. I believe the rule of thumb is only 25% per paycheck, but that may vary by state.
