I have applied for support, because the parent is violent I have opted to send the papers certified to his mothers home which child support has verified as well as the address he has provided NYS parole office. I want to find his parole officer inorder for me to provide the papers to him/her so they maybe served as he has called a left a message acknowledging that he knows about the papers and the address is incorrect. I sent papers to his mothers home which they accepted and notified him, now he trying to say the other address I used is not correct.

Does not matter what he "says" if you served the papers according to the courts satisfaction that is all that mattters.

What stae is the hearing going to be in and is it different from the one he lives in ?
