I am fourteen dating an 18 year old and we aren't having sex or anything and my parents are okay with us dating, but I have recently found out that anyone who disagrees with us being together can turn him in and he has to go to jail... is that true?

My understanding is that he can only go to jail if you have sex, or sexual relations of any type. Are you sure your parent are OK with this? There is a big difference in maturity between someone that's 14 and 18 - why would he want to go out with someone so young?
