I'm in a relationship and I'm not confident one bit.
Well when I'm on the phone or online to him I'm OK with it talking to him but when face to face can't talk 2 shy and I need to get confident fast but don't know how so any help ? Xxxx because I really like him but he likes girls he can talk to and I don't talk o him face to face xxxxx

The more time you spend with him, your confidence will grow.
You need to get used to being around him so that you will begin to feel comfertable around him and feel as though you can be yourself.
I think every girl gets like this when they like somebody and they want to impress, some girls are just over confident and boys can find this annoying! Just be yourself and you will find it easier to talk to him face to face.

As for confidence, get some Tony Robbins programs.

As for the relationship, you should be confident with yourself first, as you are the most important person in the relationship. If he is talking to other girls to make you feel uncomfortable then he's not a keeper. In fact that would speak to his lack of confidence not yours. If he just wants you to talk more around him, then prepare some topics before you see so you don't get so nervous and freeze up. Also, make some jokes, everybody loves a good laugh.

If he is complaining then you worry. But be yourself dear. You will gain confidence eventually. Try EFT.

People really like to talk about themselves and their interests. Some people say that guys in particular love to talk about themselves! LOL.

What I'm trying to say, is talk to him about HIM.. how has his day been?. what's he been doing?. what is he interested in?. did he see that movie? etc. etc.

It's not rocket science. Show an interest in him and it takes the focus off you having to talk too much.

Do some activities together or with other people so that you don't feel so shy and there are external things to talk about.

As you get more confident and sees that you like him because you talk to him about him, then you can start talking about yourself.

Spend more time with him after a while you will get confidence , its normal girl we all experience that shyness when we start a relationship .
