If it is bothering you ,you most certainly should tell her.
He also needs to be told that you are getting married.
If a friendship between them is going to come between you or cause you concern ,you need to speak up and ask for it to stop.
You are a priority now and not a friendship with an ex.

It sounds like she wants to keep ex on the side. If she really loves you and don't want to hurt her ex further, than she needs to tell her ex that she is getting married to you today.

I find it disturbing that your finance isn't telling her ex boyfriend, who has been emailing her that she's about to get married with you. It's as if she's leading him on and keeping him as a backup plan.

Marriage is a huge commitment and it's unfair to you to have such lingering doubts hanging around.

You should definitely confront your fiancé about your concerns. Communication is key.
