Please excuse lack of technical knowledge/jargon.

I bought and installed AVG 9. today and I don't know if this is the problem. When I try to print from my email the error message "Internet Explorer has stopped working. Check online for solutions. Restart the program" When I check for solutions it closes the program. I have Vista.

Does that all make sense?
Please help as I have recently paid for more memory to be installed on computer (could this be problem?) and have already paid £100 on technician!!

vista do these sorts of things usually, just upgrade your IE and check the things, I was also suffering from this but my problem was its drivers were not fully supported so have you to tried to update vista as well as IE, vista just get crazy with things if it is not 100% to its working.
