    Pregnancy after miscarriage
Hello! I found out I was pregnant on August 26th, and around 13.5 weeks, I unfortunately miscarried.. my obgyn did not do a d+c, because my levels were already lowering themselves.. about a week ago (which was about 2 weeks after the miscarriage) my boyfriend and I had protected sex, but the condom broke, it was no more than 30 seconds, we pulled out and wiped off, there was ejaculate of any kind... could I still be pregnant?

Pregnancy is always a possibility whenever you have sex. Protected or not.

It is possible that the sperm could travel down and begin implantation if the condom broke and broke right where it shouldn't... by your vagina. Chances are your not pregnant but it is possible. Have sex with the one you love but remember to have responsible sex... when you have sex know that either pregnancy or an STI are potential results.

Get him to wear a condom to help "prevent" pregnancy (though it is never guaranteed because they break, leak and accidents happen) but above all to help prevent contracting STI's (Sexually Transmitted Infection).

Take birth control (that is when you know your not pregnant) to ensure (solidify the deal) that you won't get pregnant. Wearing a condom and taking the birth control give you the highest chance of not having an unwanted pregnancy. Birth control does not protect you from STI's at all. Wear both to protect you from both pregnancy and STI's.

Ahh, so no ejaculation of ANY KIND... no pre-ejaculate and thus no sperm... you should be in the clear! But please take the birth control (prevent pregnancy) and use the condom (prevention of pregnancy and STI's) to protect you both from future pregnancy and STI's. Maybe use some lubricants with the condom too... usually that helps. Which I think and hope your doing?

Better to be safe then sorry!

PRE-ejaculate contains sperm---and your boyfriend was secreting it whether either of you knew about it.

If you'd posted right away, I would have told you to get plan B right away---but now it's too late, and you get to play the waiting game until you either do or don't miss a period.
