Can you name this 80s/90s anime for me?
All I remember is that there was an attractive anime style chick in it. Possibly a villain. And the most vivid of my memories of the movie involves one of the main characters... I remember he was a big man, and he wore a very large dome-style hat. Very wide and low as it covered some of his face. He carried a big old staff, sort of like a walking stick. On top of the staff was a heavy metal ring that jingled and clanged as he walked with it. I must have been fairly young, considering how few details I can recall. Probably between 5-7. So that would mean that we rented it between 1990-1992. Can anybody help?
